Cleaning Supervisor

The Best Connection Group Ltd are hiring for a Cleaning Supervisor based in Abingdon.
Our client is looking for the right candidate for their expanding team!
Shift times:
- Working on a shift pattern that includes every other weekend, early mornings and early evening work.
- 37 hours per week
Pay rate:
- Hourly pay rate will be dependant on experience
- Paid weekly, every Friday!
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To assist the supervisor with staffing requirements and rota's
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of public toilets
- Dealing with enquiries and ensuring high-quality service is provided
- Act as first point of contact for the help desk
- Arrange for incidents to be resolved
- Undertake unsocial cleaning tasks
- Carry out simple repair and maintenance tasks
Qualifications, essential skills and knowledge:
- Experience of working in a cleaning role is essential
- Effective knowledge of IT with basic level MS word, excel
- Valid full driving license is essential

Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
