Customer Service Advisor

The Best Connection has an exciting opportunity for a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR role, based in Buckshaw Village, Chorley.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries.
Main/key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with different Customer queries every day.
- Demonstrate high quality customer service.
- The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge on how to provide the best Customer Service whilst keeping up with business requirements in a good time-keeping, organised manner.
Experience:
- Previous experience with all different types of customers, or a similar background.
- Fairly confident with MS packages and operating computer systems.
- Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
- A can-do attitude, with high level of dedication, working in teams and independently.
Working Hours:
Different shift times varying weekly, as long as 37.5 hours is completed
08.00-16.30
09.00-17.30
09.30-18.00
Finishing early on Fridays
