The Best Connection are proud to be working with our client based in Washington, who are a large and well-established haulage company.
Due to planned growth and commitment, they are looking for several Nightshift C+E drivers available for ADHOC work - primarily looking to cover weekend shifts. Ideal for those looking to increase their weekly wage and optimise driving hours.
The role:
- A to B trunking
- Trailer swaps
- Pre-loaded vehicles & pre-planned routes
- Strapping the load
- No handball involved
The candidate:
- Full, Class CE UK Driving Licence
- CPC Driver Qualification Card
- Digi-Card Required
- 2 year driving experience due to insurances
Hours of work:
- Primarily to cover weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Shift start time varies pending destination - tends to be between 10pm and 2am start
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday £15.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Saturday £17.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £18.00 per hour (PAYE)
