Sales Executive

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Sales Executive for our Wolverhampton based client.

Immediate start available.

Pay is between £12.82 to £20.51 per hour dependent on previous experience.

Working hours are 08:30 till 17:00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Carrying out promotional activity by telephone to designated and potential customers.
• Reporting customer and competitor activity to colleagues and Managment.
• Receiving and accurately recording customer enquiries by telephone, fax, email or in person.
• Checking customer credit worthiness and updating Managment of any issues.
• Accurate preparation and timely dispatch of quotations.
• Ensuring availability of steel and advise Purchasing Department of any low stock levels.
• Investigating customer complaints and taking the relevant actions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring designated customer delivery plans and relevant Health and Safety information is recorded an up to date.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience working in a sales environment.
• Previous experience of working within steel/construction industry.
• IT Literate.
• Must have a full UK Driving Licence .
• This is a long-term position, temp2perm position.
