The Best Connection are currently recruiting a number of experienced Telesales call handlers to support a local business and their rapid expansion plans.
The role Includes:
- Promote, sell and obtain orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
Cold calling prospect clients
Obtain and process orders
Discuss products and services with potential customers and assist in selecting those that are best suited to their needs
Building a strong rapport and relationships with prospect clients
The candidate:
- Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Telesales experience
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30 till 17:00pm
Pay Rates:
- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
