Promotions all round for The Best Connection Stoke signal a big year ahead

Following a record year for the employment business specialist, The Best Connection, Paul Atkinson has been promoted to branch manager at its Hanley branch in Stoke.  Paul, who has worked for the company since 2005, has worked in the industry for over 11 years and previously managed the company's Crewe operation.  He replaces Lee Crimes who has been responsible for establishing the branch as a successful part of The Best Connection Group.  Lee, who also has a decade of experience in the industry, is taking on additional duties across Stoke, Crewe and Warrington.  Other internal promotions include Lisa Heath who replaces Paul with responsibility for the Crewe branch.

Training Programme

The outstanding success of the branch has been partly attributed to the introduction of a company-wide foundation training programme which is designed to teach all new recruits how The Best Connection and the industry operate and work together.  The Course lasts between eight and twelve weeks, some will complete the course quicker than others depending on previous industry experience.  Following the successful completion of the foundation course, consultants continue to receive regular training to ensure they are able take advantage of the superb career development opportunities on offer.
