The Best Connection employment group has created a specialist Optical Solutions recruitment division to address the needs of UK businesses that operate in the eye care market which require professional, managerial, financial, administration, technical and sales staff.

The division has been created following the demand in this niche sector for permanent staff. With the advent of high street outlets providing new and fast turnaround services to the general public for spectacle and fashion accessories, staff dependency has increased.

Optical Solutions is focused on addressing the workforce needs across the entire industry and will benefit those working in independent opticians, optician group's hospitals and service providers, manufacturers and distributors of lenses and contact lenses, frames equipment and accessories, prescription houses and workshops.
