The Best Connection Celebrates 1st Anniversary in Crewe

The Best Connection employment group, which supplies temporary labour to the industrial, driving and warehouse and distribution sectors throughout the UK, is celebrating its first year trading in Crewe. Since opening last February at 12 Market Street - 100 yards from the Job Centre - The Best Connection has won major contracts in the area - one of which led to 35 temporary staff being offered permanent positions.

As the UK's No. 1 driving agency, The Best Connection is the largest provider of drivers to many household names throughout the country and the leading specialist provider of industrial temporary workers. The company, which has 53 branches throughout the UK and employs around 500 staff, supplies 48,000 temps and services 8,500 clients. The Best Connection is currently placed 7th in a league of Europe's Top 500 job creating companies.

The team at Crewe comprises Paul Atkinson, manager, with 10 years recruitment experience in the industrial, distribution and warehousing sectors; Simon Parry, senior consultant with seven years recruitment experience in industrial and distribution sectors, Louise Owen, who has three years experience as a consultant in the industrial sector and Dave Holford, who also has three years recruitment experience as a consultant in the driving sector. They are assisted by experienced recruitment branch administrator, Laura Hall.

The team has a sound knowledge and thorough understanding of the local recruitment market from both a candidate and client perspective.
