What prevention strategies are you putting in place for your organisation and upstream supply chain(s):
The Best Connection has introduced a Coronavirus policy which advises workers about Coronavirus and introduces steps, such as mandatory self-isolation procedures, to control and mitigate the risk of significant infection. The Best Connection also has thorough disaster recovery programmes to ensure that if any site were to be shut down to control a Coronavirus outbreak we could continue operating from alternative locations.

Self Quarantine
We have introduced mandatory self-quarantine procedures and expanded company sick pay entitlement to ensure workers do not attend work when sickRestricted Travel

The company has introduced a number of measures to reduce social interaction including cancelling all non-essential meetings and visits and closing our branches to the public.

Identification
We have instructed staff to ask workers whether they have travelled to restricted areas, experienced any symptoms or whether anyone in their household has experienced symptoms and to send them home immediately if so.Self Quarantine

Are you supplying additional PPE?
The World Health Organisation does not currently recommend PPE for controlling the Coronavirus other than for workers in the healthcare sector caring for patients with the Coronavirus

If our site was put on lock down for the Coronavirus would you still supply staff:
We do not believe that it would be in accordance with our legal duty of care to our workers to send them to sites that have been locked down due to a Coronavirus outbreak. We would wait for Government advice that the site was safe following a deep clean
