We are looking for a detail-focused Operator to support the production of metallised ceramic components. You'll handle small parts, work to drawings, and maintain high quality standards. Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and flexibility to learn new skills are essential.
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30-16:00
- £12.50 per hour
- Shorter day on Friday
- Must be flexible to work shifts for a premium when business needs
- Hourly pay rises to £13 p/h after 13 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Operate CM furnace, plating line, and assist in ink making (training provided)
- Handle small ceramic components with precision
- Work to manufacturing and quality standards
About you:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings desirable
- Reliable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
