Currently seeking Commis Chefs for a Food catering company in the Colnbrook area.
What the role is;
To keep excellent standards when creating the clients dishes, also to keep the work area safe and tidy. You will be tasked with various different jobs throughout the day, which must be completed the a high standard to ensure the clients are happy with the products.
Commis Chefs responsibilities;
1.To help with preparing and cooking menu dishes as directed by head/Sous Chef.
2.Stock take when asked.
3.To make sure the kitchen runs smooth and efficient as directed.
4.To be a team player, assisting other team members.
5.To treat members of the team as you would expect to be treated.
6.To ensure stock, deliveries and wastage are all checked and recorded in line with company and food standards.
7.To stick to the company’s Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and environmental policies.
8.To ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the company’s Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
What a Commis Chef must have;
1. A can do attitude.
2. previous experience in catering.
3. 5 year working history.
4. Good professional manner.
