Training is an integral part of the culture at The Best Connection. From initial courses which familiarise you with company practices and procedures to role-specific training, you will benefit from career-long support that will help you to expand your knowledge and skills and develop to be the best you can within the business.

Apprenticeships

If you have no prior experience, then joining The Best Connection as a Recruitment Consultant or Branch Administrator could see you enrolled on one our apprenticeship programmes. All our apprentices receive the same benefits as non-apprentice starters, meaning you will start on the same advertised salary for those roles. Watch the videos below to find out more!

  • Recruitment Apprenticeship


During your first year, the training you undertake contributes toward a Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Recruitment Practice. This is a nationally recognised industry qualification that will give you a solid foundation for a successful career in recruitment.

  • Administration Apprenticeship


During your first year, the training you undertake contributes toward a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service. This is a nationally recognised qualification that will give you an opportunity to consolidate and expand your current skills in a business environment.
