The Best Connection’s Talent Acquisition team expands

The Best Connection has expanded its talent acquisition team to manage internal recruitment growth. Having introduced over 150 new starters into the business in 2016 and a demanding growth forecast set for 2017, Talent Acquisition Manager, Andy Guest, has appointed two new members to the team.
Julian Thomas joins from within the Group and will be responsible for screening and interviewing potential applicants. Charlotte Jarvis also joins the team having recently graduated with first class honours. She will help to aid the progression of the department as a Resourcer, assisting in attracting and processing candidates to be contacted by the team.
“In 2017, as well as plans to increase the number of roles, future projects include the launch of Group assessment days and adding more interactive material to the careers section of The Best Connection’s website. We are looking forward to a very busy and productive start to the year and welcoming new talented people to the Group,” says Andy Guest.
With the SWS Group expanding its branch network across its divisions throughout the UK and Scotland, further opportunities to join the Group will be created.
