Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking dedicated Hygiene Cleaning Operatives to maintain high standards of cleanliness across their facility. This role will primarily focus on hygiene cleaning, with some potential line operative work when required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established business with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Due to the location of the site, own transport is essential.

Full PPE is provided and permanent positions are available following a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential
• Fully paid training is provided
• Cleaning floors, machines, walls, offices, toilets, and walkways
• Ensuring all areas meet strict hygiene and safety standards
• Using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Working in low and confined spaces as required
• Following company procedures and food safety regulations

Required:

• Previous cleaning experience (ideally within food production) is an advantage
• Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks, including bending, stretching, and working in tight spaces
• Good level of physical fitness
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport due to site location

Pay Rate:

• £13.30 per hour

Shift Schedule:

• 14:00 to 22:00, with later finishes when required depending on production needs.
