7.5 Tonne Driver

The Best Connection are Currently seeking x 2 7.5t C1 Drivers to fill a position in Oldbury. The successful candidate will possess a current and valid 7.5 t C1 Licence and must have 7.5t C1 driving experience.

The hourly rate for this position is £12.50, over time paid after 8 hrs at £18.75 per day

Responsibilities of the Driver

Operate a 7.5t vehicle to deliver insulation materials
Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner and prepare to return home.
Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow all required safety policies and procedures.

Requirements of the 7.5t Driver

7.5t c1 licence
7.5t driver experience
Must have a clean licence up to 6 points for minor offences
Verifiable references

Compensation of the 7.5t Driver

For the right candidates possible upgrade to class 2 and Moffett training may be provided upon completion of successful trial period
