The Best Connection are an employment business hiring a Retail Sales Assistant on behalf of our client based in Central London, on a temp-to-perm assignment
We are hiring an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to work for a streetwear fashion brand with a flagship store near Bond Street, and a new concession at Harrods in Knightsbridge
Duties will include:
- Promoting and upselling the brand in store
- Offering a bespoke service to customers
- Working towards KPIs to hit selling targets, and improve ATVs
- Stock rotation
- Learning and understanding the brand
Requirements of the candidate:
- Previous industry experience
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Experience working towards selling targets in retail
- Passion for fashion
- Be available full time and able to commute into Central London
Hours of work: Any 4-5 days in a 7 day working week, hours either 1030-1930, or 1100-2000
Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour, commission paid on sales up to 2.5% once on a permanent contract
