The Best Connection are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Client based on Foxhills Industrial Estate in Scunthorpe.
The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 15:00pm-23:30pm and Fridays 13:30pm-20:30pm.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a food environment is essential.
Responsibilities of a Team Leader;
- To be able to delegate tasks efficiently.
- Working with a team in a time orderly manner to get tasks completed to a high standard.
- Adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety.
Requirements of a Team Leader;
- Good attention to detail.
- Good accuracy and organisational skills.
- Achieving delivery deadlines and achieve target driven results.
