Coach / Psv Drivers

An opportunity for all Coach drivers!!

Our client is a leading provider of travel and transportation services. Specialize in supplying coaches for sports events, tours, school trips, and private hire, ensuring safe and reliable journeys for their customers. You will be responsible for transporting passengers to various destinations safely and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

Job Type:

• Full-time/Part-time (depending on available vacancies)

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours minimum a day.
• Weekend work based on availability of work.
• Bank Holidays based on availability of work.

Rates of Pay:

• Monday to Friday: £16 per hour.
• Overtime and Weekends: £20.21 per hour after 8 hours and all hours worked Saturday and Sunday.
• Bank Holidays: £25 per hour all hour worked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the vehicle.
• Adhere to schedules and routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Requirements:

• Valid Category D driving license.
• Previous experience as a bus driver or similar role preferred.
• Excellent driving record with no traffic violations is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays if needed.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes is advantageous.
