The Best Connection are currently seeking Machine Operatives for a Manufacturing company in the Elland area.
Candidates must be able to work Mon to Fri on a 6-2 / 2-10 rotating shift
Responsibilities of the Machine Operative
- Will include the loading and unloading machines with raw products
- Weighing raw products and trimming final product
- Relevant training may be given if required to work in other areas of production.
- Using basic hand tools such as electric drills
- Due to location and shifts worker may need their own transport.
Requirements of the Machine operative
- Attention to detail.
- Good time keeping and attendance record
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to target.
- PC literate.
- Heavy lifting.
Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
