The Best Connection Celebrates 16 years in Stockport

Leading independent employment business, The Best Connection, has reached a milestone in its history having celebrated its sixteenth year in the town of Stockport. Over this period, the company has been supporting local people with temporary work assignments in businesses across the industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics and warehouse sectors.
“Since we opened the doors to The Best Connection’s Stockport office in February 2002 we have witnessed significant growth and development of the town and our own business,” said Neil Yorke, Director, The Best Connection.
“Stockport is now the location of choice for a diverse range of businesses and has become a magnet for entrepreneurial start-up businesses, thanks to the efforts of Stockport Council. With growth comes the need for jobs to meet demand and we are proud to have supported many local businesses throughout our 16 years tenure in the town,” added Yorke.
In 2017, the company moved to larger offices in Greek Street to accommodate growth and to develop a new team destined for a new branch office in Huddersfield later this year.
The Best Connection will celebrate its 27th anniversary in 2018 and now has over 80 branch offices across the UK and North America where it pursues its ‘local presence, national coverage’ strategy.
